This body of work was inspired by studying weave and knot diagrams. The process in creating these pieces consisted of cutting dimensional lumber into small angled wedges, and then gluing them back together in different orientations to create the curves.

These works are an investigation in form and material and address the unapparent complexity in simple actions.
