An art educator with 10 years of experience, Padilla has instructed at UH Manoa, Our Redeemer Schools, Waipahu Elem., Ala Wai and Koko Head Community Parks, Honolulu Academy of Arts, Art Center at Linekona, Hawaii Potters Guild, and Sacred Hearts Academy.
Currently holds the position of Curator of Education at the Contemporary Museum Honolulu
